Main Output
AS-SLUC innovative pack: instruments to support plan makers to promote in territorial plan processes an integrated approach, oriented to enhance local potentials (guidelines, tool, best practices). The Pack follows the evaluation of the results of pilot actions and the selection of the best tools and guidelines.
Further Outputs
- Specific tools to represent, analyze and monitor the peculiarity of AS-SLUC and operational tools to enhance and highlight AS-SLUC potentials
- Application of the project methodology and operative tools in pilot areas with specific results and outputs in order to provide AS-SLUC with: tools and strategies to drive at local level large scale opportunities and enhance local potentials; actions for gender policies; Local/Regional actions and plans; projects to exploit Alpine resources
- Guidelines/handbooks/projects for a innovative sustainable local development applied in the pilot areas
- One dossier for each PP with qualitative and quantitative elements concerning competitiveness perspective and sustainable development of the considered areas and synthesis in an Alpine perspective, driven from SWOT Analysis
- Web site, GIS and DSS
- Communication, publicity and results dissemination
Use of Outputs
Outputs and results will be used:
- as operative tools of Regional Spatial Plan (Lombardia, Piemonte, Valle d'Aosta, Paca) and for planning at intercomunal level (Vallée de l'Arve, Schéma de cohérence territoriale, strategic plan, development plan);
- by regional social services planners, in defining operative programme and projects;
- by local decision makers and administrators for urban operative interventions and for implementation of pilot projects;
- in construction of shared policies for little/medium town, in order to create a multiscalar approach to develop policies;
- defining operative tools to assist the local public management and promoting innovative technologies transfer initiatives addressed to the local SMEs;
- by local enterprises and investors in transportation, communication and facilities business in order to create a new network system;
- involving territorial stakeholders in sharing best practices for strengthening territorial policies.
